Bamboo Fly Factory Ltd, offers shipping
through EMS (Express Mail Service) or
Registred Mail Servivce for samples, though
the city branches in Posta Towers, Nairobi.
If
otherwise adviced we can also ship using DHL,
FedEx,TNT, UPS and One World courier.
All this
shipping companies comes with a tracking
number that we forward to you after
shipping.Clink on their above logos, to
track your order(If given the tracking
number).
INSURANCE
We insure all the package we send and the charge is included in the shipping rate.So therefore do not worry about the safety of your package as its duly covered and in good hands.
FREE SHIPPING
Bamboo Fly Factory Ltd reserves the right to
use either EMS or Registred Postal Mail
Serrvice (for samples) for orders that
include Free Shipping.
PATTERNS THAT CAN'T BE TIED
We at Bamboo Fly Factory Ltd do our best to
tie all the flies submitted, but there is a
chance we will not have some hooks,
materials, dyes or feathers. If we do not
have this requirements to tie the flies that
you have ordered we will notify you of your
options. Most materials will be available in
a few days time though.
RETURNS
Bamboo Fly Factory Ltd is not only confident
in the quality of its superior flies but
desires that you are fully satisfied with
your purchase. For this reason, we will
accept flies returned within 15 days of the
purchase date for a full refund of the
purchase price or another tied flies of the
same pattern of different. Returned Flies
must be in their original packaging and not
tampered or used. Bamboo Fly Factory Ltd
will not cover shipping fees associated with
returned merchandise.
NON-DELIVERED
ORDERS:
A 15% re-shipping
charges will be assessed to the customer for
all shipments returned to Bamboo Fly Factory
Ltd due the shipment either not being
accepted by the customer, the customer not
being available to receive the shipment or
if the wrong physical delivery address was
given.
We
therefore advice our esteemed clients to
verify their physical shipping address again
before shipment is done.
